2018 World Cup: Croatian coach, Dalic reveals Super Eagles strength, names players that would trouble his team

The coach of Croatia, Zlatko Dalic has said he knows where the strength of the Super Eagles lie ahead of their group D Russia 2018 World Cup clash tomorrow in Kaliningrad.

The match will kick off by 8pm Nigerian time.

At the games pre-match conference, Dalic was asked by a Nigerian journalist if he is aware of the strength of the Nigerian team and he responded by mentioning names of the players who make the Nigerian team thick.

He said, “We have a quality team and I will prefer to focus on my team. Nigeria are also a very organised team and I know their strength is in their attack with players like Alex Iwobi, Odion Ighalo, Victor Moses and Kelechi Iheanacho.”

Dalic also said that history won’t play any part in tomorrows game, while dismissing Nigeria’s record of never losing to an European nation in their first group game at previous World Cup tournament.
